PainJournalSite is your personal, on-line "secure" electronic support system, designed to allow you the ability to easily and accurately track all levels of your experience with chronic pain.

You are going to be able to keep track of your healthcare providers (Your Support Team); and Your Appointments and list of concerns you may be having; all of your Medications; Your Pain Levels and Alternative Therapies and Exercise.

Your journal will also allow you to keep track of pain on a daily basis. These records can be accessed by your Support Team ( with your permission ) to help them understand what you are doing to manage your pain and to better help them formulate the best pain management program possible, tailored to your specific needs.

Please donate to help Chronicpainsite.com continue to help others.

I Wish I could program in NO PAIN for everyone!!!

If you haven't been on our Pain Journal, check it out.  It is a "secure" site---the same as your banking/credit card companies.  No one but you and anyone you choose to give your password can see anything.

Please give us feedback in this Forum and help us make this a place for the many CP sufferers to keep a great record of pain and meds and treatment strategies.

Also, we have "Walls" on FaceBook for both the forums here and the Pain Journal.  Simply go to FB, and search for ChronicPainSite and PainJournal Site.

So, please go to them and click on the "like" button to help us get the word out about our forums and the Pain Journal.  Big smile

Please donate to help Chronicpainsite.com continue to help others.

My journey with chronic pain began over 30 years ago, while as a young nurse working spinal rehab, I injured my back lifting a patient. I am now fused from L2-S1. I have multiple thoracic and cervical issues. I'm a retired RN/PA and I know and understand the frustrations on both ends of the treatment spectrum of dealing with CP. It's been my goal since 2008, when we started this site, to reach out and help as many people in pain as possible. We will continue the fight as long as we can. Please, if you can help us continue to help you and others, donate. Thank you.
